From following copyright laws to developing a code of behavior for employees, it is evident that this is an evolving area that may continue to change with technology and how communities respond to it.

Read the article, then using a two page paper, answer the following questions:
1. In an IBE survey of large companies conducted in 2011, most respondents identified integrity risk as the main ethical challenge of social media. Do you believe that this is still a major issue? Or, is there currently a larger ethical issue?
2. How can a company address the ethical challenges that social media presents?
3. What can companies do to not only protect their own copyrighted materials, but also respect the works of other content creators?
4. What is one recommendation that businesses should follow when developing an effective social media policy?
Your answers should be supported with sources covered throughout this module. However, you may also find additional resources to justify your answers. Use at least three different sources in your paper and be sure that they are properly cited.
