As someone who is in a Social Media Privacy, Ethics, and Legal Issues course, you know that this can involve several layers of liability issues. What are the major liability issues at stake? How should you manage these hurdles to ensure that the business is protected while still providing a rich experience for their customers/clients on social media? How do you balance freedom of speech, privacy, and liability?
Part of your job as the Marketing Director is to establish guidelines and precedents for the future in regard to Social Media boundaries. Your job is to establish the guidelines.
