You have been hired to make phone calls to patients regarding their "satisfaction" with their recent doctor's visit. Utilize the information you have learned so far to complete the assessment.

You will submit a total of three things:

  1. A media recording of your role play
  2. A copy of your role play script
  3. Your answers to the four follow-up questions
